Being a one man shop has got to suck when it comes to the paperwork, we have me (office admin), store manager, and one salesman to handle the paperwork from 4 tire techs (3 emergency roadside techs, one dedicated to the shop) and 2 mechanics.

That would be nice to get a trip in, I’m hoping that when my dad gets back in town he and I can go hit some of the trails before it gets chilly.

That would be a big move!
I wish we had approval to hire another guy in the office, I was the most recent hire and it’ll be a while before we can get approval to get another office person, my manager turned the store around from losing 100K/month to making a profit or at least breaking even in 8 months, we still don’t make a huge margin but we’re getting better.
If we can boost our mechanics productivity we’ll be golden, but right now my guys (well, one in particular) is taking 2-3 hours to do a one hour job, taking his buddies stuff into the shop and working on it on the clock and not charging for it, and other stuff like that.
I’m hoping we will be profitable enough to hire another person in 3-6 months.

I don’t know what I’m looking at but it looks like a headache
Good luck and enjoy the trip!

What's the sticker on your chain guard or under your seat say? Genuinely intrigued, it may just be a lower PSI than I'm used to.

It wasn't bad on the road, but not really one for hard off-road riding :D

Asked my boss around 3:30 if he cared if I did an oil change on my bike and he said he didn’t so I knocked it out, and the. Decided to go ahead and attempt the thermo-bob, got it installed (except for the temp gauge) and tested to ensure there are no leaks and the coolant system was burped.

And then rode to my father in laws house to drop off some tires he ordered.
