I also posted this in the SP install thread.

Sorry for the delay but I finally got around to my install last week. It wasn’t super difficult, but with my skill level I did find it time consuming. Thanks to @AY_ARONTRD and @daveeasa for all of your help!

@AY_ARONTRD made a really nice bracket, which I surprisingly had a little difficulty mounting (no fault of his), the lack of space, angle, and fact that i don't have any hex sockets made it tough, i think if I wasn’t using an allen key or if it was just normal bolts this part probably would have been a non factor.

Next going through the fire wall was slow but doable with 2 people, we ran a stiff wire first and then attached and fished through the control wire. I ran the pink and white trigger wires off of a T-harness from the headlight made by Dave, and did a fuse tap for the blue.

    [IMG] [IMG]
I also ran the red and white wires off off dave's harness which are for the the DRLs on the MESO turn signals that I haven't installed yet.

I ended up installing the controller in the left cubby panel and got a MESO custom piece to fit it into, this involved some cutting but wasn’t too bad, also everything fit a little too tightly, but works.

The next issue was that I couldn’t fit all the switches plus the SP control so decided to relocate the traction control switch to the overhead panel (In hindsight I wouldn’t do this again) and install a MESO 3 switch mount. This was by far the worst part, not only did i have to run wiring under the KTJO not so OEM drivers side handle but it also involved a lot of cutting. Despite trying to be very carfull and taping everything I ultimately ended up doing some minor cosmetic damage to the panel, not getting a good fit and getting really frustrated. But that's all part of the adventure I guess...
    [IMG] [IMG]
It doesn't look as bad in really life, but I would have avoid this step if I got a do over.

After everything was done all the switches worked but I couldn't get the Bluetooth to connect, Aaron told me to disconnect and reconnect the switchpros control wire. I did that and now everything works great. I forgot to put the labeled heat shrinks that Aaron provided me with on, so I will add those later as well as adjusting the bracket upward. Beside the few (mostly self inflicted) hiccups I ran into I am very happy with the finished product, and highly recommend Aaron's work.

    Thanks Aaron!

Looks very nice. You need a battery tie down from @Coupe though.

Sorry I haven't been on here to much during the holidays. Busy with my normal job and with the family.

Thank you For the awesome write up! well detailed and shows that even guys that are not local are able to purchase this setup from me and take the install on themselves. Looks like you took your time and did not rush the install. The Allen head bolts for underneath the mount are a little tricky to get to for you MT guys. What I use is extended length Allen sockets for installs. Helps from preventing beating up the knuckles. If there's anything further I can assist with feel free to reach out to me.

Sorry , just responded back to you as well as about 9 other people. Life got super busy and just didn’t want to Accept peoples money and have them waiting on products. Slowly starting to free up time so would be a good time to start ordering Switchpro’s since I’m sure there may be a small lead time. Sorry guys.

Just finished this one up for @SubstanceP09 . This will be shipped to him for him to enjoy the install. MT setup w/bluesea fuseblock. Notice he went a little different with a similar paint to quicksand. I like the results.

Was able to finish this up and meet up with @BTHawk on his visit from Hawaii. It was nice to meet you and was happy to see your reaction on the setup I built for you. Enjoy!

I must say, it’s pretty cool being able to build these setups and see them not only be installed on trucks local by me, but also actually be shipped and installed a distance away knowing I was able to help simplify adding electrical accessories.
