Don't they though? Really really different. Very appealing in a "square-ish" type of way.

    Nope.

Even then.... neither of my 12 valves did(mechanical injection, and no glow plugs)... I could start those trucks down to about -5... wasn't pretty...then again, I drove around most winters(as .one as I wasn't towing anything) with a piece of plastic poster board between the intercooler and radiator to get heat.
My old 7.3 IDI really liked to be plugged in, but, the 7.3 powerstrokes never seemed to care. My 6.0 the cord is in the door.. never been installed. Starts no problem.

Maintenance is key. And @Pugga 's 6.7 is a different animal... wish I could justify one of the new common rails... close friend has a 15 duramax Denali... so nice. I think my Tacoma makes more noise at idle than his...

I would feel it out. Won't hurt. But, good batteries are your best friend. Get a tuner of your choice(TS and DP Tuner are what I have used), start it, turn on high idle, and you should be good.

Yeah me too. In the winter it rarely made it to normal operating temps. But now although my commute is less than 5 minutes I’m running the motor for a half hour regardless

Not sure if this has been discussed or not so I apologize if it has. I've seen talk of other colors but not mine. Does anyone know of a good color match vinyl wrap for the silver sky metallic/1d6? Preferably something in air release vinyl like vivid. It doesn't have to be perfect...it's just to color match the chrome rear bumper. Not really trying to spend the money on the colorlabs stuff for such a small project.

Yeah, it really isn't all that bad looking. I would prefer the more square body design of the R34 though.

Silver equals black for vinyl wrap.

This guy had color matched vinyl. But not taking any new orders. He is still on here so you may be able to reach out to him and ask or just keep plugging away looking at different decal threads

Yeah everything else is blacked out on the truck and I really don't wanna do a black bumper. I like the color matched 3rd gen style. That's the look I'm going for...

I’m debating plastidip the chrome corners or just getting black replacements

    Do you like your truck?

I'm spoiled that I have a garage. I miss my old remote starter for my work, but that's minor all things considered. I'd rather a stick than a remote start. A friend had a remote start on a manual in HS and sent it into a tree in his back yard and since I always leave my truck in gear, I'm not willing to take that risk.

Why do you leave it in gear? I never leave any of mine in gear.

I used to leave mine in 1st when I parked in tandem with the e-brake, pretty common practice...probably not the best idea with a remote starter :anonymous:

Disgusting how generally underpaid/funded/appreciated the field is. My wife has a Masters and it's basically useless..she's currently doing the ABA program though.

In general, they've gotten better at least in MA. Though it could be that your particular plan offered little in that regard.

Crash beat me to it, but yup. The idea is to have a universal number versus one for Blue Cross, one for Tufts, etc..I worked on the task force at my job for NPI when it started, been at it 15 years and it's still a specialty to the point people all over the place ask me questions on it.

The incident was a long time ago. Since then my union and employer (former) instituted a Peer Support Team and outside resources as well.

My daughter got her MSW at Bridgewater State.

I only knew that she had an NPI when this conversation started.

When I drove a stick, I had the ebrake freeze on me once, never used it again. I left it in gear from that point on.

Rob, I am sorry about your friend. Great memories are the best!
Definitely getting ready, I'm treasurer of the club now 4th year, we are the 2nd biggest club in Vermont with 3 groomers, a big groomer barn. We just financed a small excavator to use with the ATV club to split costs in repairing, building, maintaining the trails. It feels like a 365 day job now lololol.
I love it. Definitely moved to the right spot.
Are you ready for riding??? The weather it feels too much like summer. I kayaked tonight til dark tonight.
