2018 CHR Infotainment Screen is blank

My 2005 prerunner had frame failure Aug 2024

Hope you can help. We have a 2018 CHR and the Infotainment Screen is blank but radio works and the 12v outlet we use for the dash cam is dead
Had our local mechanic check the fuses, no luck. Suggested going to the dealer. Don't really want to.
I'd like to double check the fuses. Does anyone know which fuses box to check.
Any other thoughts or ideas are also most welcome. Thx
