Munch eats everything. Meat, vegetable, dairy, anything that hits the floor he claims.

 

Couple of days ago this little guy we call Frog climbed into our boat and couldn't find his way out. Very glad my wife heard his meow for help and investigate it. I thought heard something earlier in the day myself but too rushed to get off to work to see where it was coming from. This guy and girl we've gotten fixed and hope they stick around. Very friendly and want very much to join the inside clan.

Yesterday outside the kitchen window, just before taking the picture she had her paw up in the air like, poor me, it's cold out here, let me in, let me in..

Well we are sitting at the vets again. A month or so ago she stopped eating and going out and being her normal self, and lost 1/4 of her body weight. 4 vet visits and like $2k later we had no idea, but she got pretty much back to normal anyways. But last couple days she isn’t eating and acting old and frail all the sudden. She’s 11.


Of course this is coming on before we have a week long trip scheduled. So now we are trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with her before we go. Poor kitty.

I’m sure the vet is going to do blood work and take urine samples too. We just did this with our 9 year old cat and came back with stage 3 kidney disease. This is very common in cats especially right around the 10 year old mark. Another possibility is IBD. This is also pretty common and can come and go.
Fingers crossed that she just go into something she shouldn’t have.

 

Hope she pulls through.
