I am a 74 year old Toyota owner currently with a 2008 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Edition, 2009 Yaris 3 door hatchback, and 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro. I have owned 8 Toyotas with Tercels, T100, 4Runner, Corolla AllTrac, and my current three. I put 412000 on my T100 and drove it to the junkyard as it was starting to show its age with rust in the lines and gas tank but it had a good life. My Tacoma has a broken coil spring which really distresses me as I have treated it with utmost care and have not driven it offroad. It cost me more than my home and was the most expensive purchase of my life. I don't understand why the spring broke as it does not appear to be rusted. I believe this is a design and/or component quality issue that has occurred to other owners with the Fox suspension. I hope to get some good advice from Tacoma World members.
    Thank you

Sorry for your luck. Welcome to TW.

I'd suggest you create a thread in the section for 3rd generation trucks. 3rd Gen. Tacomas (2016+) | Tacoma World

Maybe someone can tell you if Fox has helped them with this type failure.
