Trouble with Throttle response

    2015 TRD PRO Tacoma
    Hi Guys, today was fix my problem with code P0102, P0113, P2433 and P2438. For SAI system I check the air pump and 2 air injection valve, all components SAI system is working but I don't know why I still have code P2433 and P2438.
    For code P0102 and P0103 I clean and spray with MAF sensor spray after then I run the test with MAF sensor but why the number going down instead going up.
    After all those that and I put it back and drive it I feel my TB response doesn't accelerate right, I run the test for TB basically to see the butterfly will be open but doesn't fully open when I depressed pedal gas all the way down.
    What you guys think cause the problem?
    I'm kinda stuck right now, the truck won't run over 50mile/hours.
