    So some more neighborhood drama for you all. Neighbor behind me set some old window AC units by the road yesterday for West Penn Power to pick up and get credit for. Had the paperwork attached and all. Left the house this morning and noticed they were gone. Well damn, they came early. So I got a call from the neighbor and said West Penn called them and they were gonna be late due to a break down. Uhhh what they're already gone! o_O

    We thought the crack head across the street grabbed them. So I decided to take the back way home and drove past his trailer. I'm pretty certain that I saw one of the bigger AC units was behind the deck of the trailer. I can't be 100% certain, but it looked like it. So I sent a text to the neighbor, but at this point there's nothing you can really do...
