    Hit n run has nothing to do with insurance. At fault (or not) is all they care about. It’s a misdemeanor if law enforcement chooses to get off their asses and write the citation.

    meh that’s usually only if you get a SR22, and even then it’s only with the bougie carriers (source: employer as well as personal history :anonymous:). If no SR22 then you gotta have an obscene amount of points on your DMV record. Like… you have to make it a point to try.
