    Never raised the gun today but had a great day for my 1st day out. 29*,no wind except thermals coming up out of the hollow. 6-11.0 sit. saw 4 bucks,4 does. nothing to shoot but what a great morning. even took phone pics from my pig pen,about 5minutes in my spot,still dark but the full moon. a buck came through nose to the ground trailing. was on a mission. knew it was a buck but couldnt see the rack except that he had one2E328721-3777-47F9-AFF9-8DB98AEDD736.jpgDC575F31-3037-4ED9-BA32-42386A791220.jpg691733A1-FBFD-4577-8AE5-3074578C0933.jpg

    They are pretty simple Adam,limbs and flexable wire.but one thing. only on private land or people you dont know will know your spot. weve got em all over the lease for all to use. but alot of times will put treestand up if its alittle out of place. most ours are set about perfect for the normal wind patterns. they actually work pretty well. seldom get busted unless the wind goes wrong. think because they are natural and there 24/7

    Yes Sir. its the carbine 30-06. also have one in the regular barrel length. I carry the carbine when on the mountain. and have a tuned 700classic 30-06 for down in the fields.Do love the pumps. the action is so slick on this one you can hold the fore end and cycle it with one hand. kind of John Wayne style. LOL :thumbsup:

    Had one in .270 Winchester until last year when I gave it to my son. Got it in 1975 for high school graduation present. Had an Ithaca model 37 pump shotgun at the time for small game, so the pump rifle for deer was a natural fit for me.
