About 6 months ago I put in H1D bulbs and everything has been great. In the last couple days when my headlights are on, they flicker from low to high. I then noticed my brights light on my dash was lit and it won’t go off. It’s getting really cold so I don’t know if that is something to do with it. Any suggestions?

First thing I'd do is put the stock bulbs back in and see if the problem persists, if it does then we can help you diagnose it if it doesn't then one or both of your HID ballasts are failing.
