Hello! I am a new member, but ai have been flipping through this awesome site for the last two months!

I saw a post that had a picture of all the plugs behind switches and what they go to, but I can no longer find it.
Any idea where/how to find it?

    Thanks!

Here's the default layout for a manual transmission truck, automatics have the DAC button where the Clutch Start Cancel is on manuals.
What are you trying to find the connector to?
I can figure them out by wire colors if you are looking for a specific one or trying to determine what a specific connector you found is for.

Well, I have the base access cab and was looking to see what plugs are behind the blanks, and I found this square, four prong white plug. Mostly curious about that one at the moment.

What color are the wires going to it?
Post a picture of it and the wires.

The wires are grey, black, red and blue.

Looking at my truck the 4 pin plug is one half of a junction connector although I haven't yet determined what goes through it.
Looks like the flat connector is for the power mirror switch, wire colors are Green/Pink, Green/Black, Pink/Black, Pink/Blue, Brown/White, White/Black, and Grey.

That's what I was thinking about that flat connector. I was venturing through the world of prewiring! So far I was only prewired for the backup camera and powered mirrors. Lol

Just be aware that although you may have some connectors for a particular option the truck may not be fully wired for that option.

Found the 4 pin plug, it is junction connector IR1 which is part of the towing package wiring.

FWIW: I have a similar white connector like this (OP)stuck on the floor of the center console next to the parking brake cables. No hint of what would connect to it.

Does your truck have a power outlet in the bed?
If not, it probably goes to the power inverter that you don’t have.

A picture would assist on identifying it...

Thanks!! No bed power outlet for me. Mysteries like this bug me and it's fun when someone solves it for me. I put the one for the auto-dim mirror to use when I installed it (Bob's Mirrors) and I think I came across another one somewhere in the truck. When/if I remember where, or come across it again, I'll update this thread.
