Replacement engine information sticker, inside hood?

CA resident here recently bought a used '99. The seller was open about the cat having been replaced but didn't seem super car knowledgeable. When I did my smog check, the tech pointed out the engine information sticker inside the hood had one digit conveniently defaced. His guess was because the replacement cat wasn't fully compliant(?) or something.

Question is, how can I get a replacement sticker with the correct information for my truck?

 

That is a California thing some of these people need to know the answer .

I am surprised the smog tech did not advise you what needed done.
