So I mounted a set of lights underneath the rear bumper, but now need to wire them to the the relay block. What's the easiest yet secure way to run the wires from under the hood to the rear bumper? It there a wiring chase that I can run through?

I just run along the frame or along with other wiring already there and zip tie

The factory method to wire up the rear tailgate electronic lock actuator has the wiring running under the passenger side of the truck and secured with zip ties. Just keep it tight to the frame and possibly put the wiring in loom with some heat shielding around the sections where factory thought heat shielding should go. Shouldn't be too bad, just keep it clean.

You can follow the factory wire loom up the drivers side frame. Easy peasy.
