I have a set of 74 Weld UCA's for my 2017 Tacoma. One of my least favorite maintenance tasks is greasing the UCA bushings. Pulling the wheel, to loosen the UCA bolt is a chore, and I'd much rather be able to pump grease and go.

I noticed that the JBA bushings have grease ports, that allow you to add grease, without having to mess with the UCA bolt. What are the chances these bushings would fit in the 74 Weld UCA's.

It looks like the 74 Weld UCA's utilize the same bushings as Total Chaos. However, none of these companies publish the bushing dimensions.

I can officially confirm, JBA bushings fit in 74 Weld UCA's. They were TIGHT, but perform as advertised. I used the original OEM 74 Weld washers and forewent the JBA staggered washers.

Big thanks to @tonered for helping me get it done. Definitely couldn't have done it without ya.

My absolute pleasure. Always a good time hanging out and wrenching.

Any issues with these rubber bushings in those 74 welds thus far?

The JBA bushings are synthetic elastomer, which is equivalent to polyurethane. These are not rubber.

That aside, they are working great. Very easy to maintain and dead silent. I wish I had switched to these sooner.

    Another question for you,

Do you recall how much caster you were able to get out of these?

Just had alignment done last week. Sitting at about 3.8°.

This is good info. Jba definitely has a quieter bushing design. I've installed at least a dozen JBA arms and zero noise. The TC and Camburg poly bushings tend to squeak for some people, including my Land Cruiser, ugh.

I want to run these in my Camburg UCA’s. I know they fit in the Total Chaos but haven’t seen anything about Camburg. I’m guessing they are all the same but if anyone can confirm this it would be much appreciated!
