Got the truck apart and the front bushings cut out. Only to find the sleeve is 1/8” or more too long to fit in the bracket? It’s 2022.

I think you'll find there's a slight gap in the middle of the bushings when they're inserted fully into the leaf eye, making the center piece the right length.

Well the sleeve doesn’t fit into the leaf mount on its own. I had to trim it with a cutoff wheel. About 1/8”.
