Welcome to TacomaWorld! Looks like some kind of aftermarket remote start/keyless entry/alarm receiver but hard to say for sure. Any other visible part numbers or anything? Does it have remote start?

No remote start or keyless entry as far as I can tell. It is plugged in at the headliner . Not able to find any other numbers
