So I bought my truck this summer and it had a great stance, but I've noticed the last few months its sagged now. I have a hunch that the leaf springs have gone bad on it, but people have also told me its just the front spacer thats causing the lean. However referring to pics when I first bought it, it sat just fine as is. The local offroad store recommended a smaller spacer to bring the front down, but do I need new leafs instead? I really just want an even sitting truck and would like to keep the height I have if I can. Are these springs sprung?

Ya your leafs are flat man, look for 3rd gen take offs in buy sell, they will put you right where you want to be.
FYI, 05-22 suspension parts are interchangeable

Provided that is a factory pack, I don't see any cause for concern with that 4-leaf pack. They're generally pretty solid. Looks like those have already been upgraded to the newer style (05 should have come with 3-leaf packs IIRC). They look like they're sitting normally to me for the factory packs (flat, but not bowed up in the center). The 4-leaf packs that came on my '21 looked the same FWIW.

In both pics the front looks higher than the rear and the rear gap looks about the same to me. It looks like that's probably always how it's sat but the awe of putting the spacer lift on outweighed the noticing of the broness. I'd have to agree with the shop that the front end is over-lifted to be level. If you don't want to go lower up front, I'd throw a small spacer in the rear to even it out. You can do an add-a-leaf in the rear, but it will make the truck ride rougher back there.

Sagging worn rear leafs, looks like the shocks are ancient and due for replacement as well.

That's a 2 1/4 lift so its supposed to have no rear lift, but once sagged, the nose sits stupid high.

You kinda need to decide, new leaf pack or just 1" block.

    The rear shocks need attention.

To my eyes the front is too high. When measuring my ride height (measured from center of hub to bottom of fender) I tried to get one inch higher in rear compared to front. I like your plan of replacing the front spacers with something smaller (thinner) to get the front a bit lower.

After messing with spacers on my 2006 too much I ended up with Billstein 5100s as front shocks set to 1.75 on left and 0.85 on right. It now sits pretty much at 21 front and 22 rear on both sides. Good luck!!

With all this info at your disposal, how much of a budget do you have? The shocks look original as the leafs look too flat. This is an old photo bilys set at 1.75 in front and stock rear leafs.

Looks like the driver's side leaf pack already has some negative arch to it. Time to replace. Removing the front spacer won't fix a leaf pack that's past its service life.

Update! Got new leaf springs and she straightened right up. Not perfect but night and day better.
