Alright I'm stuck, I installed a front bumper (2 18w led lights) on a 2 lead harness capable of 300 watts

Rear bumper ( 1 18w led light 1 20w led light on each side) on a 2 lead harness capable of 300 watts.

I finally got switches that fit and the blow every time I switch them on.

I've checked all the wiring and connections, nothing is loose or exposed.

Each harness has a built in relay and I have an on-line fuse on each harness.

Checked that power and ground are tight.

Never had this happen before when wiring up light, kinda confused

Sounds like your power is going through the switch and not the relay.
Who made the harnesses? Do you have a meter?

Dumped the Tacoma, that's all it needed.
So from my understanding, you have two lights wired to one relay controlled by one switch, and one light wired to one relay controlled by another switch?

clearly something isn’t wired the same and/or something is grounded/pinched/damaged somewhere.

is it the front or the rear light setup that is blowing the fuse?

have you tried switching the harnesses from one switch to the other to see if the issue changes?

If it’s the two light setup, have you tried isolating one light and then the other?
