    Hi all!

I tend to find different social media places with different vibes…. Probably due to the certain cars. I have been a forum lurker and prefer forums to be a little more friendlier and straightforward!

I have a deposit on a Celestial Silver DCLB sport that will be my first truck.

I currently daily a ‘13 Civic Si sedan in Rallye Red. It’s been an absolute blast but it’s starting to go under full project mode with the mods I’ve been doing to it….**cough… Frankenstein engine swap** I won’t stink up the forum with too much of my rice rocket

Otherwise, I love cars and diy projects. I’ve picked up a hobby of retrofitting headlights and I have always tried to help the car community as best as I can. This time, I know nothing about trucks!

I happen to buy a RetraxPro XR tonneau because of a rebate sale and this starts another money pit haha

Also, my family is semi divided at the moment. It’s Jeep vs Toyota, and I am so glad I joined the better side!

I don’t have too many plans to mod the truck. It’s a great investment and I’m really looking to use it to get more housework done and long trips. It’ll be used as an exploring workhorse, with confidence to do more outdoors stuff if needed. Anything small that can help me enjoy or preserve it is greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading!

Looks like your Tacoma build is getting there! What swap did you do for the Honda? K24?

Yes! The car comes factory with the K24Z7. I rebuilt a motor on the side from scratch. This block is slightly different than traditional ones when going all-motor. From factory, this is the last N/A Civic Si. It only had vtec on the intake cams, and a single port exhaust from the cylinder head.

I swapped the cylinder head to have vtec on both sides to get the classic punch and scream that I’ve read and dreamed about. Unfortunately, my 260whp goal went to 292whp when I decided Prayoonto stage 4 cams lol. I think I did the 9th gen civic the right send off!
