Help locating bed rack manufacturer

Hi all,
I recently purchased a 2022 SR 4DSB and I have already installed a tonneau cover, a Undercover Flex. I have been Googling a lot lately looking at RTT and various other mods as well as bed racks that will work with this tonneau cover. Billie Bars will work but I need to cut or grind shallow slots in the Flex mounting rails to work. I guess I can try but I'm afraid that I will make a mess of it. In a previous Google session I came across a bed rack maker that has you install on top of the bed sides by removing the plastic covers and locating and drilling holes in the steel then installing Riv-nuts in the holes and then transferring the hole locations to the plastic covers and re-installing them to the truck and the rack system would then install on the top of the bed side rather than attaching to the cargo rail inside the bed. I would like to research this company some more but for the life of me I can't remember who they where and I can't seem to find them again.
Do any of you guys know who they might be? Does this sound familiar to anyone? Sorry for the weird request.
