The problem with that is - it's so damn expensive. If you use so much less water, and overhead, and resources...why is it so much more expensive?

Lab grown will be TBD. I assume they need some sort of chicken DNA to get the process going like when you make yogurt, but I don't know how it works.

I eat a fair amount of chicken. I used to do whole birds but I found myself making things "just because" I had the whole bird. Now I just get the cuts I want. Less bones so less stock, but I usually just end up using the stock to make pasta or rice in anyway, instead of making soups.

Mix all 3 powders together in a crucible. Add 2 cloves of Garlic, 1 teaspoon of HEINZ ketchup (don't use store brand), 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin (that's the secret ) grind it to a fine paste.
Place 1/4 cup (60 ml) of cold water in a bowl. Sprinkle 1 package of cooking gelatin (2 1/4-2 1/2 tsp.) over the cold water. Make sure not to dump it in a clump, as the powder in the center won’t be able to dissolve and bloom correctly. Allow the gelatin to set for 5 to 10 minutes. The longer you let it sit, the thicker it will become. Set aside.
To the original crucible add 1/2 cup of olive oil mix thoroughly until there's no separation.
Now mix that with the gelatin. Stir until it's consistent paste.
Set that in the refrigerator and chill for 4hrs until the gelatin hardens. Now take that out and heat it to 90f In a sauce pan with 2 sticks of melted unsalted sweet cream butter
Mix all this together and scoop it into a small disposable plastic bowl or paper cup then


Throw the cup in the trash and then use a rosemary/garlic rub...
