I actually drank the last of the beer last Sunday lol. Been thinking about quitting drinking for some reason

Yeeeeaaahh. Haven't really found enjoyment from it for a while

 

I really only like one or two...after that its like nah ill pass

 

Give that shit up, there's no future in it.

 

Felt like I was having a bit of a problem. Like I get home from around 4:30 during the week and every one of those days I'm either on the patio or in the garage drinking until almost 8 or a little later. Don't really drink during the weekend unless I'm doing stuff in the garage and it's one after another and I after I drank the last one last weekend I started thinking *I think I'm just gonna quit drinking*

I haven’t drank for awhile…. figured it wouldn’t be a good idea.

 

Now I just need to try and quit smoking

It honestly isn't the best thing to do when dealing with loss. My drinking picked up when I lost my mom almost 2 years ago but not immediately, more like 6 months later. Got into a relationship that turned toxic fast and also didn't really give myself the chance to really process/grieve until I ended the relationship

 

Yup. Gonna try and cut back a bit and then go cold turkey when I'm ready

 

Ya, I’m definitely not. I’d lose it more than I already do and just be hungover on top of it…. Doesn’t sound like a good time to me. Why add physical pain to my heartache
