Had a shop put in 3 new u joints and a carrier bearing. Since getting it back, vibration has been worse and it groans really loud at the low end of 1-3rd gear. They didn’t properly mark it to put it back together in phase. It was only vibrating from 40 down to 30 mph before this. I might need a real driveshaft shop to phase it and set the angles and whatnot I read about on here, anything specific I should let the shop know? I am about to sell the thing if I can’t get it to stop vibrating… also, do they make 1 piece driveshaft alternatives for the 2006 2WD Prerunner? I’ve heard the driveshafts might be too long on the 2WD and there aren’t many or any options for this, thanks!

You can try the phasing or have the shop balance the driveshafts.
There is a massive post on Tacoma vibrations and how to fix and you can feel like going down the rabbits hole in the search so hang in there.

Here is the Tom Woods tech article on length max of 75" so unless a long bed they can make one and text tells you how to measure.

Also, if the rear springs are stock originals they are probably wrapping on acceleration so pinion angle changing.
As others have posted Toyota can look at and maybe get free 4 leaf pack or if not find some aftermarket or 3gen takeoffs.
    Good luck.

@muddog321 from what I found on the T om Woods website, it shows they don’t make prerunner 2WD driveshafts unless I’m not looking in the right place.

I would have to check on the leaf springs, I know they aren’t original and were replaced under warranty. I’ve never had vibrations on acceleration until they likely got the driveshaft out of phase, but I had a vibration when decelerating from 40 to 30 mph which I assumed was the u joints or carrier bearing. I’m going to bring it to a trans and driveshaft shop and have them re phase it and likely balance or set any angles that need to be set. Original owner sold it after having vibration issues after new frame, so maybe it needed to be re balanced? Idk if an out of balance drive shaft will vibrate only at such a specific range consistently…

75" max so looks like yours is about 79" or so and too long. Did not think about that no transfer case added length.
