There is a 4x4 shop in town that specializes in Toyota’s so I’m going to give them a try and see what they say. I know the high caster UCA were not needed when I leveled my truck and hopefully they are not the issue but could definitely be.

If they can’t get your caster under 2 then thats a problem

Yes I did read through that thread and seen their UCA that add no caster. Before I purchased the JBA high caster UCA I contacted them and asked if a 1” lift would work and they said definitely.

Yea your cams are pulling the arms all the way back, they should be the other direction. Easy fix with a new alignment that has super high castor numbers.

I’m hoping the different shop will be able to align it.

5 degrees of caster is still fine. But I am not sure that I would any higher. They can most def get more caster out of that and still have the camber in spec. You just need to get it back into that 4.5-5 range for caster and I bet you will clear then.

At one point I had JBA, 285/70/17 +4 Offset, and only about an 1" of lift and I cleared the body mount with 4.7 degrees of caster. Every truck is a little different of course. Always use a 4x4 shop and just pay the extra money for an alignment. The chain stores all suck.

I went to a 3rd shop for an alignment and looks like it took care of the rubbing. My caster is now 4.1 both sides and factory specs on camber and toe.
