Thats why when one gets it up the ass, they should do the following.
1 Get medically checked out at hospital.
2 Contact an Attorney.
Why? Because of the amount of shit bags out there , texting and driving etc. Fuck em. Its not personal. Its business.

 

PS your Taco is totaled. The frames and the way they bend are saving us and our families from worse physical harm. It hurts us emotionally because of how we love our Tacos. But they are a dime a dozen We are all , not replaceable. Good luck to you.

 

Frames totally bent.. depending on the value of the truck they may replace the frame. We’ve done a couple at work with similar damage because insurance deemed it cheaper to fix

 

Tammy-Texter probably has his/her car totaled. Happened with the guy that rear-ended my truck a few years ago. His pregnant wife in the passenger seat left in an ambulance. I was in a rental car with leather and heated steering wheel a day later, paid by the insurance company.

 

I’m a body shop tech, more than 75% of the crashes that come on are rear end hits.
I’d love to shove peoples phones up their butts when I see them texting and driving.

That said I purchased those LED brake bulbs that flash three times quickly to get the moron behind you to pay attention.

I had something similar happen to me and insurance didn't total it. Almost 7 months later I was 16k out of pocket for rentals and had to go to court to get insurance to pay for all of it.

That’s weird what happens to the front ends of the vehicles that hit those in the rear

 

My 2006 Tacoma access cab LB was totaled by someone rear ending me. The engine in that truck was awesome compared to my 2020 OR.
