Help….Thump and loss of power when accelerating from a full stop

Hey all, I have a 2020 trd OR 4x4 80k miles. Got Bilstein 5100s front and rear a few months ago, no problems there. But recently I added the 1.5” AAL ICON and replaced my LCA due to worn out bushings and my car has been making this thump sound that seems to be coming from the rear. It happens when I'm accelerating from a full stop and in some cases I loose power then the thump follows along. Also, oddly this happens just once every single time I go out for a drive, usually in the beginning. I re torqued my Ubolts, checked that my AAL centering pin is in correctly, got an alignment done, nothing else seems be to looking off, and everything is fine while reversing….

Trying to go wheeling in a few weeks but might have to push that back…

Wondering what all yall think the problem might be? Any help is appreciated!

Are the handbrake cables pulled tight or kinked after the lift? Seems I have read about that happening occasionally.
