She might have the "sandwich" size version of that. I think it's more common. It's only about 2" tall but the footprint is nearly the same so you could use it as a reference.

I found all mine in thrift stores. They're out there... not common, but not rare either.

What are your plans to upgrade the suspension to accommodate all the extra weight?

Don't brick your truck! Do you have a supercharger? Either way, make sure you plug in a battery charger/tender to ensure you don't drop to a slightly too low of voltage.

No supercharger, just ready to change the way this thing drives.

Great reminder thank you! I don’t have one but I am planning on just hooking up jumpers from our Touareg to the battery to make sure she’s all set. Should get the job done the same.

Managed to get it balanced the first time.

Another day of welding, grinding. Then start the paint process while the weather is warmish.

Pretty sure my neighbors hate me at this point. Waiting for the Karen's to call the cops about the noise.
I'm pretty deaf myself right now

Just tell them "As soon as this is done, you'll see me less because I'll be out living with the trees."

Already fully welded, ground smooth, and ready for a belt sanding to make it even and get the crap off.
I need a break, so going to work tomorrow, and an eye exam to replace the glasses I fucked up yesterday, and table the bumper for a day. My arms are a bit numb. I feel young, but my body says otherwise.

That bumper kicked my ass after 2 days straight of grinding. Age did not benefit me in the endeavor
