    Hey guys what’s the Best heavy duty bushings for lower arm ? I’ve had replaced the oem twice in 2 years

    I might question why / how you could go through two sets of OEM bushings in just 2 years. Maybe something else is wrong and causing them to go bad? Normally speaking, the OEM bushings are easily good for at least 100,000 miles. I also doubt you're going to find any aftermarket bushings that will actually last that long.
