I have the same mixer and have the roller/cutter style pasta attachment and the press style. The roller/cutter style is much easier to work with, the texture of your pasta dough has to be pretty much perfect for the press style to work well. Fresh pasta will spoil you though, I much prefer the texture over the dried stuff.

I've only ever used one for the first time yesterday in class when making dough, and today we baked it hence the above breads.

 

Any reason why the bears may be more active this winter? Had another one yesterday afternoon. It jumped my fence got into the trash (smart enough to open a bear proof can) and scared the shit out of my wife. It left some tracks in the yard.

 

This is a lot of bread lol
