After market exhaust in California

I’m wanting to get a carven exhaust on my 21 sr5. I’m being told it will void all manufacturer warranty and extended warranty. From the dealers in my area. I live in California. Anyone have any information on this? Am I being lied to?

But I can't imagine in my wildest dreams why you'd even ask a dealer about an aftermarket exhaust choice.

The only warranty that will be voided is on the parts you replaced.

I did ask Ziggy, and he says there is 98.2% chance of sounding like poo, because these engines offer nothing. High risk of highway drone, also no measurable power increase. Just some considerations before you drop your coin.
