1996 2wd Single Cab

I'll be lifting her 1.5" in the front & 2" in the rear soon, and want some advice.
I found some wheels that are 15x8, -19 offset, and as I am new to this stuff, want to know if that sounds like it'll work. Also, what size tires should I be looking at? I wanna grab some decent all-terrains to go with them. Any insight is appreciated, sorry for my noobness on the topic!

Forgot to add, she's a 1996 5 lug base.
