Quality Dealerships in Austin Area for Toyota Care/Warranty/Maintenance Service

Greetings TX,

I am a new, proud owner of a 2022 TRD ORDCB MT (2200mi currently) that was recently purchased from an out of state dealer and will come due for its first Toyota Care service in about 2k miles.

I wanted to get a jump on some possible suggestions for quality dealerships in the Austin area that y'all have had good experience with, and have received quality maintenance service from. My truck came with ToyotaCare Platinum and so I'm hoping to build with a local dealer for the midterm. I live in central Austin but am willing to travel a bit if the maintenance work is to be trusted.

Toyota of Cedar Park hands down.

When you go in for service, they’ll get your phone number and then send you a video of the service they do on your vehicle. They also do a quick computerized alignment check when you pull into the service line. That’s pretty cool in itself. Also free water, cookies, etc while you wait.

If you get a service advisor you think you can trust, always schedlule your appointments with that person. Then give them a five star review if Toyota sends a survey. You want your advisor on your side to whatever exent that is possible.

Good information. I was going to ask the same question. We're starting to plan a relocation to the Austin area and since we both have Toyotas, it's important to find a reliable service department.
