    Is there any reason besides any other wheel looks better to change the standard wheel out?

    Alloys are lighter and typically wider.

    My steel rims with winters on them weigh almost as much as my summer alloys with heavy all terrains.

    Steels are also prone to rust in the rust states.

    Everything listed above plus fuel economy and less wear and tear on suspension components with less weight far outside at the end of the axles..of course the trade off could be said that a steel rim can take more overall abuse as they are stronger than aluminum and will bend or warp vs cracking and breaking chunks off like an aluminum rim could do..but it's personal taste plus intended use and environmental projected use that plays a factor too..
