When I played ball for UGA, I used ice 3 times a day! It’s the best therapy.

 

You didn't miss it. I didnt say much about it here cause it was frustrating. I think the original injury was volleyball. I had a minor collision with someone and over-extended it. It was sore a little and I didn't think much of it so I kept playing on it, going to the gym working. After Monday night's game it hurt and Tuesday I looked down and it was double the usual size. Been off it since then.

I iced it for 2 and half days but it hasn't done much for the swelling. It aches when after being upright too long. So I'm trying to stay down and elevate as much as possible.
