If you’ve done it enough, yup. The ONE tip I learned that was most helpful was… put your hook on a beam/rod. Use two people to lower/lift. It will give you way more control and no one is over the fryer.

Best tip I have is once your oil hits 375 turn off your flame. Then you can slowly lower the bird down and turn the flame back on afterwards. Your temp with be right at 350

That is a good tip. I’ve always over-temp due to years of seafood boils and frying shrimp, fish, oysters, etc. but I’ll add that flame-off one for advice. :hattip:

I believe they are. When we looked at buying the house years ago the guy that was here had the rafters packed full of things. I have very little up there compared to that. Just needed some flat storage before sheet rocking the underside.

Man!!! I’ve been missing living in Lake Charles. Some of the nicest people ever and super cheap crawfish. I would do crawfish boils every few weeks during the season.

Just "read" through the instructions. 22 pages of pics and QR codes for the more complicated parts. When done, it should be a spring wound moving locomotive.

My buddy sent me this, hope he can get the rear off the ground a tad more. Should be able to shorten his top link and do that.

    Good Morning everyone :hattip:

Staring down the calendar at a full work week starting tomorrow :annoyed: The day before the first day back is always the worst of it.
