I finally decided it was time to to add a lift to the truck, 2021 SR% 4x4 double cab, bed rack an RTT adds ~ 200lbs of static weight plus RCI gas tank skid. with 300lbs additional at times.

Front will be getting an SSO slimline winch bumper with Stage 2 high clearance kit. winch TBD

ICON 05-Up Tacoma Multi Rate RXT Leaf Spring Kit w/ U Bolts - 51101
Bilstein Toyota Tacoma B8 5160, Shock Absorber, Rear - 25-242539
Bilstein Toyota Tacoma B8 5160, Shock Absorber, Rear - 25-242379
Bilstein Toyota Tacoma B8 6112, Suspension Kit, Front - 47-234413

    ECGS Bushing

plan is run the leaf packs at stage 2, and the fronts for 2" of lift, best I can tell is that will leave me nearly level with a slightly higher rear ~.75"

is there a must have item that I am missing?

Carrier bearing drop might be needed and some aftermarket UCA's in the future ( not necessary but helps). Other than that, look into the bilstein 650 lb springs for the 6112. Other than that, looks good sir

Consider a 2 - 3 degree shim for under the leaf spring.

I am looking at the dirt king ball joint UCAs in the very near future. I originally had my eye on the SPC but with the miles I drive the life span of those may be a factor.

thanks, I was wondering how much of a shim would be needed. I will need to refresh myself on measuring driveline angles

    4 run, 2 don't
Skip the UCA's, skip the goodies you listed and get a set from ADS.

You're carrying some weight, so why not have shocks valved (and set up) just for your vehicle especially if you're spending good money?
