Guess it is a thing! I thought it was someone buying 3rd party decals on eBay and putting them on.

Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?
I had big plans to get a lot of work done on the old runner, had a whole week off. Instead I was sick almost the entire time. Thankfully I'm feeling better and managed to get a little done today. The motor is bolted into the engine bay. The crossover exhaust pipe that I rerouted from passenger drop to drivers drop clears everything and the y-pipe clears past the frame. I will need to do a little heat proofing on the speedo cable and the exhaust itself.

Up for tomorrow I'm going to plumb the power steering and install the battery and engine wiring. I would like to be able to power it up and hook the code reader up to check sensor function too.

Got my new Milwaukee tools. Their Mid-Torque impact is a beast, very happy with it. Never used any other cordless ratchets before, so nothing to compare it to. The little hex driver is nice, it came with the ratchet as a combo.

I had a cordless skill saw years ago and it was junk. I think the technology is there now and I may pick up that and a new drill.

    Nice batch of Tools.
Just in case you need a Milwaukee Tool bag there’s a few on eBay.

I just purchased a new Small one (open box) 11” X 10” X 8” for a good price off there.

Thanks, the ratchet came with a bag and the impact with a hard case.

Love the stubby m12 3/8 drive but the friction ring already messed up on the anvil. They want me to send the whole thing back instead of sending me a replacement.

You can buy the friction ring separately.

Hey, I'm moving to your beautiful state. I decided to pick a place near Clermont, within commuting distance from Orlando. Just wanted to say Hi.

I don't do heavy offroading as it's my daily driver to get to work and back home for the time being.

Light overlanding style trails, camp sites?
What about beaches where you can drive your truck and camp?
Planning to do lots of that. I also asked my wife for GMRS radio for Christmas and going to be learning all about it. Really neat that a single license covers your whole family. If anyone else here is running GMRS in their Taco, let me know.

What else is there to do in central Florida?

    Restaurants I should check out?

Grocery store chain that won't break a bank? In CT I usually shop at BJ's and go to local meat shop for odd items.

What about good gun stores and also an outdoor gun range, preferably with private membership that's not expensive?
