Unless there's a specific moment when you knew you were injured, I'd say you'll be A-OK

What do I mean by that?
I had a couple times when I was younger that one knee (or both) got swollen up when I was on my school's cross country team...
... and once from hiking rough trails, as I recall.
And there was no moment when I said Uh-Oh, this is bad.
The swelling and discomfort came on slowly several hours afterwards.
After a week or so I was fine again.

OTOH, I once took a fall while skiing, twisting my left knee.
I knew right away I was done skiing for the day (and as it turned out, permanently).

The only times it hampers me is when kneeling, which was inconvenient when I was installing base trim.
My knee would sometimes lock up.
I'd have to sit back on my ass and straighten it out.

I agree. I think I might know when the injury happened but adrenaline keeps ya from really feeling it. I think it got over extended forward when I collided with a teammate during a game. I felt the extension but it didn't really hurt per say. The next day it felt sore but I didn't think much of it. The use after made it feel more and more sore, but it didn't hurt to walk till the Monday night game. Was it that? Was it leg day at the gym? was it the baseboard work I did last week? was it the Monday night game?

I just don't want to be wrong about recovery time. I've done that before and regretted it.

so I peeled the face off of the dink I shot, never done that before and, I gotta say, its not #1 on my 'good times' list.
Anyhoosier....
I taped off the horns to keep sunlight from bleaching them...then I tossed the disgusting mess in my burn barrel so the birds, bugs and other flesh-eating deviants can clean it up for me. Should be purdy clean by bout August.





Now I lay in bed, more content than a suckling piglet.
