Just curious to know if anybody has any insight.

Toyota’s white has been known for being thin, single coat, and prone to early bleed through chips and rust. Does the new Ice Cap White suffer from the same issues?

Seen people say it's the same paint code.

also not too many people have them and those who do have not had them long, but I've not seen anyone who has the ice cap have any issues yet.

I didn’t know this was a thing. What are the options into avoiding this from happening? Is it warrantied?

Seems to be hit or miss on Super White. Our ‘16 4runner has no issues however it is made in Japan, so not sure if it’s a different process compared to the Tundras and Tacomas.

Ive had 2 super white trucks and my wife has had 4 super white cars. Never had an issue with paint on any of them although i do wash and wax regularly. My 2022 i just picked up is IceCap. I think i remember seeing the paint code being the 040 like always but just to see and feel the paint i would almost bet money its the exact same thing. No expert but thats just my two cents
