funny thing, after looking at a pic on Coastal's website, I just moved the amber fogs to the outside, and the floods suddenly fit on the inside.

Same problem here, all the light goes to the ditch.
Wonder if a 3d printed wedge would be enough to get it more forward? Like a 1/4"
Might try stacking some washers to see if it helps.

Finally ran 240v to the garage, got rid of some ghetto cabinetry, and made a bench. Somewhere between that slapped some 5100s on a 4th gen 4runner.

    My back hurts.

I was thinking the same. It would be a cheaper option. The only other thing would be to weld brackets for cube lights so you could aim them. Wedges would work I think

I think these are for the smaller 3" x 3" lights.

$65 for one or for a pair? Either way that’s pretty pricey for plastic…

Older reviews on Bezo's site say they come as a pair, for $30.14. That was back in 2019.
    But yeah, kind of pricey.

I’d bite on $30/pr. I know nothing about 3D printing but it looks like a simple piece that could be done for cheaper.

A tree felling wedge could possibly be used, those are pretty cheap.

I’ll take some measurements tomorrow and see how much wedge I’m gonna need. Will report back.

my protractor says 15° is about 1" at the fat end in 4 3/4" length. Gonna stick out a bit, but may not actually need that much. I'm going to bed, my head hurts.

Which lights did you end up going with, Rigid or some other brand? The wedges are an easy thing to 3D print and their simplicity means they should be plenty strong. I can print the wedges for you as well. My printer is setup for printing ASA (basically UV-resistant ABS plastic).

I had to go through something similar recently for my new bumper install. My new bumper had cutouts for ARB combo lights, but the stock ARB bracket is designed to mate with standoffs on the surround behind the bumper so I needed a spacer or stacked washers to do an undermount.

So naturally I said screw that and designed and 3D printed my own mounts for the combo light.

Final installation of the combo lights, including a 3d-printed trim piece on the bumper face around the cutout:

I’d be in for a set of wedges. Mine are diode dynamics flush mounts. Let me know if it would be best to bring you the light for measurements/template.

DD and Rigid provide basic dimensional diagrams that can be used as the basis for a CAD sketch, but yeah, having the light in hand would be a lot better for testing fitment. Not sure if @Red Baron is still commuting from Elizabeth to Longmont/NOCO these days to do TW express.
