TBD. Planning to do Xmas here, but Kristina has year end accounting stuff she has to do for work so it might just be me again for new years. Worst case scenario would be early January, post new years

 

Regardless of when, I’ve got some good stuff hidden away for a flight for a special occasion.

 

I don't know why they shorted this set the other reindeer...... Almost feel like I need a second to complete it

 

I enjoyed putting the Jeep together. It was a fun build.

 

I also enjoyed the build. Technic sets give me anxiety since they are so difficult to fix any mistakes. I’m constantly double checking the build.

 

That was quick.

Galaxy Explorer was one of my more fun builds in quite some time. Very much reminded me of the old days, and I appreciated not having to apply any stickers.

 

Agreed.
That was the only let down of the Back to the Future Delorean. Too many stickers.

All 7,297 bricks of CaveGods AT-AT (newest "Walker Assault" version with strengthened legs and internals).

From a 20-something lb box of unsorted Lego bricks...........



To all 7,300-ish bricks in some assemblance of order, smaller parts in sectioned off compartments in one of 15 clear cases, and the larger flat bricks, flat plates and larger odd shaped parts in bags.........






Even then, I still ended up with a large back of "odd ball" parts that there were not enough of for its own compartment or bag, but were still more just one or two.
Cant forget the Imperial Colonel overseeing the operation, the Imperial Commander with Battle Armor in command of the AT-AT and of course two AT-AT drivers......



Id been wondering just HOW to sort 7,000+ Lego bricks for a single project/build for quite a long time and ended up going with these stackable clear totes, as well as some bags for the larger plates. We'll see how this all goes!
