I have a 95 Tacoma. 3.4l 4x4
I replaced tank and all the fuel components but when I take cap off tank to fill up it has built up pressure where it’ll hiss probably 3 seconds. Any ideas why it isn’t venting or part I need to look into buying ?

One code which is a knock sensor 2 bank 2 code. Which I believe it’s because I put AM sensors in it. But that’s it.
