Have a 2023 lunar rock double cab sport short bed looking to swap from painted to black flares.

Lunar rock is a cool color, you might actually be able to find someone to swap. There is also a fender swappin/tradin thread in the 3rd gen forum. Might try there, you never know when someone will want them bad enough to drive from farther away.
