    Hello!
I am new here and recently bought a 2019 Tacoma Off-Road.
I have read through the forums, but I need help.
I want Android auto and I am getting the "Connected but not charging" error.
I read that it's because that usb isn't for charging but data. How am I supposed to use Android Auto and charge my phone? I can't get it to work anyway and I have tried three different brand usb cables with different lengths. I have the 12v adapter for the cigarette port, but I want to get a Midland Micromobile and use that to power it. How do I go about getting this to work?

    TL;DR
I want Android auto and a Midland Micromobile. What's the best way to achieve this?

Don't you have the wireless charging pad in console?

Deleting previous post because I apparently can't read.
I am realizing the only way to get AA to work is not just the usb but much more work.
