    2005 SR5 4x4 V6, 102k miles. Owned since new .

Blower will not blow on 'High' setting, but blows normally on other 3 settings- completely opposite of the known resistor issue.

-It's on its 2nd blower motor currently (OEM). Maybe 4 years old with no issues.
    -Resistor is good
    -Both fuses are good
-Heater gets hot, so I'm assuming the heater relay is not in play, either.

It's the switch, right? It has to be. There are signs of the burned connector tab, but it's been like that since nearly new. Although, I'm not sure how I can check if it's actually working.

    Thanks.

If high is all the doesn't work it's either the switch, the connector at the switch, or the wire is broken between the switch and the blower.
If the connector at the switch is obviously melted then your gona need a new switch and connector, if not get you a test light connected to battery positive and check Pin 3 (White/Blue) at the switch for ground with the key on and switch on high.
