Replaced the Knock Sensor and I'm getting the p0325 again. Initially, it came on after replacement, and then turned off by itself. I went ahead and pulled the code history, and reset everything yesterday. Was doing fine again for a few miles, then the light came on again this morning. Da fawk?

Check out this b.s! I had a pos mechanic replace my head gasket less than 5k miles ago. I suddenly have misfire on start up again (no cel), and appear to be slowly losing coolant (again). Look at the gaskets he used and look at the shape of my intake manifolds!

Yea they definitely used the wrong intake gaskets.
    Are you using OEM sensors?
Aftermarket ones sometimes don't work correctly, see the video below.

How fast are you losing coolant?

I would say too fast, as any amount is too much!

It misfires on start up, the smoke it does blow smells like carbon, not sweet. And it only blows smoke on start up.

Now the cel is off, and even when it was on, it wasn't in limp mode like before.

    Silliness...

I think a coolant leak at the manifold could be damaging the knock sensors.

I replaced the gasket, and I'm still getting a misfire on start up. I think I'm going through about a half gallon of coolant every 3-4 weeks. I do believe my radiator cap crapped out, as it's not pulling coolant from the reservoir. I think other than the cap, replacing the egr is my last option before moving on to compression tests, etc. I can hear air moving through my core in the cab. And of course, I have no heat. Which was an awesome drive to work this morning in 28 degrees.

    This is super frustrating....
