What do you do for the tpms? Been meaning to ask since I know you go through wheels pretty often

 

"often" I'm only on my second set, but I have done one here and there after blowing them in the north maine woods

Second set has OEM TPMS, I have the Autel TS508 which can do the read and relearn via OBD on the 3rd gen.

 

Can I do it with techstream?

 

Yes. That was my initial thought, but the cable was $$$ already, so I just went with the Autel.

You'll need to know your sensor IDs. If you don't have them, you'll need to get them. I am 99% sure they're etched/printed onto the sensors. Otherwise you need to read them with RFID.

Techstream then you just put those codes into tire 1/2/3/4 (or however they're done, LF, RF, etc). I haven't done it but watched a youtube, since I was originally planning to do it that way.

 

Shit, I don't have those and I bought some new sensors to not have to deal with popping them off. Oh well

Bump. The Extang is sold. I do still have the Sony XAV-AX7000 with the Sirus XM Setup, plug and play. It's very easy to change and replace. Make an offer.

 

A little south for New England I guess but I'm right on the NY/NJ border. Both items off a 3 month old 2022 with 2200 miles. If you think the price is out of line make me an offer, worst I can say is no.

1. TPMS?

Have my Goodyear Wrangler Kevlar OEM 265/70/16 tires for sale starting tomorrow, no patches, rotated regularly. They came on the truck new and have 14k miles on them, mostly stored in garage at night >45 degrees. Looking for about $250 total. Will post pictures tomorrow. Grill insert from a 2015 sport. The badge has been plasti-dipped grey. The plasti-dip has some cracking where you can see the chrome a little. I haven't tried to remove the plasti-dip.
