    Hi-

    I believe that I have settled on a set of 2007 FJ 17 x 7.5 steelies for my 1st Gen Tacoma. I plan to mount 255 75 17 tires.

The truck currently has a set of second gen 4Runner rims. The tire to upper control arm clearance is tighter than ideal. I'd like to be able to run chains all the way around.

Do the 2007 FJ rims have the correct offset to provide my 1st gen with better upper control arm clearance?

Thanks in advance for the guidance.
