Tacoma 2013 ALL lights blink!

    Hello guys,


    Today had an issue with the Tacoma v6 2013. before buying it, the vehicle preowned by someone who installed an aftermarket horn and some extra wire probably had a PGS tracker on him or something. Honestly I regret messing with the wires but they kind of annoying and wanted to remove them. I only discounted the ground one, then I noticed something weird, all the dash board and signal lights are blinking and the vehicle wont start. I don't think is a battery cause but assume some electrical fault happened. I put everything back as before but still having the issue. If you have any thoughts about possible issue please share it and thank!
